Want to stop accidentally calling people with your BlackBerry device? Want to cure butt-dialing? There's a simple explanation. Best Buy has answers. The Best Buy Mobile team explains how simple it is to lock and to unlock your BlackBerry keyboard to prevent dialing calls from inside your pocket.

Jules: "Hi, my name is Jules and I'm from the Best Buy store in El Paso, Texas. Have you ever called somebody while your phone was in your pocket? Let me show you how to prevent that, it's really simple. So what you're going to do is go ahead and turn your screen on and go to the icon with the little lock on it. Hit the scroll button and now it's going to lock your phone. No longer are you going to make any phone calls while it's in your pocket and whenever you are ready to make a phone call it's very easy to unlock. I'm just going to go ahead and press the star send button and then you're ready to make a phone call, it's that simple."

The next big software update for iPhone is coming sometime in April and will include a Food section in Apple News+, an easy-to-miss new Ambient Music app, Priority Notifications thanks to Apple Intelligence, and updates to apps like Mail, Photos, Podcasts, and Safari. See what else is coming to your iPhone with the iOS 18.4 update.
