One of the best parts of Pandora is its personalized stations that auto-generate songs within the specific style or genre you've chosen. Not only does this play your favorite tracks with regularity, but it also opens your ears to previously unknown songs or artists — ones you may fall in love with and want to share with others.
Pandora lets you quickly share the song that's currently playing, and it can be sent via text message, share on social media apps like Twitter and Facebook, or saved to your notepad to ensure you never forget about the track as you go on about your day. The process is straightforward and can be done on both Android and iPhones.
Sharing a Song on Pandora
To share a new or favorite song on Pandora, reveal the current track's information card by tapping on the small ^ icon on top of the play button. From there, hit the share icon on the card's top-left corner, then choose the app you want to use to share the song.
As seen from the GIF, we used WhatsApp as an example to share the song, but you can use other apps like Facebook — or even copy its link — from the list provided. If you don't see the app you wish to use to share, simply tap on "More Options" to reveal other apps like your notepad, email, and more. Once you've selected an app, just follow the prompts to share and save the song, and you're all set.
Once you've shared the song, the person on the other end will receive an image of the album associated with the track, along with a short message and a link to the song. Of course, the person on the other end will need to have Pandora in order to listen to the song. If the receiver already has the app or just installed it, he or she will be taken directly to the track upon hitting the link, pending a quick advertisement.
