Google Search Never Wants You to Feel Left Out Again

Google added a new feature to its mobile app that pairs your searches for events with direct summaries of activities from sites like Eventbrite and Meetup. If you see an event you like, then you can tap on it to check it out for more fun details or book your ticket directly through the providing website.

It's a small change, sure. Though, anything to make your life a bit easier right?

Type in "Comedy Cellar NYC" or "Satanist art galleries nearby" and watch after a single tap all the amazing nearby events pop up on your screen like there just simply aren't enough free days in the year.

Google now provides you with a number of different options along with the event's title, date, time, and location. So now you know that if there's an event happening tomorrow during work hours and you can't go ... that it would be a complete shame.

But don't fret! Google says you can also look up events over different time periods by tapping on its filters. Tap on "today," "tomorrow," "never," "next week," or "whatever" and advance-search the right time for you.

Oh, and, if you ever catch yourself hanging out next to a street pole on the corner of a New York City sidewalk on a Friday night, then simply search "events near my lonely ass" and see what's happening right around the corner.

Don't appear too lonely though, you don't want anyone to know that you just Googled what you just Googled. Ya feel?

Is Google's new events feature making your life easier? Do you even care? Let us know in the comments below!
