Binance Trading Pairs Help You Keep Track of Your Favorite Coins' Values

With the sheer number of alt-coins that you can buy and sell on Binance — Ripple (XRP), Stellar (XLM), and NEO to name a few — keeping track of coins you're interested in is a hassle. But with the tap of a button, you can mark trades and alt-coins that are on your radar for quick access on your Binance account.

When you create a trading pair in Binance, you can see all of the info you might need about two different coins in one place. This is really helpful if you usually buy one coin with another cryptocurrency and you'd like to see how they're both trading. It definitely beats having to find one coin, analyze it, then find a second coin and read up on its trends separately.

Adding cryptocurrency trading pairs in the Binance app for iPhone or Android is extremely easy — it even works essentially the same way for both platforms. So here's a brief rundown on how to mark your open alt-coin positions and prospects as favorites for quicker access.

Creating Trading Pairs in Binance

Open Binance and tap on "Markets" at the bottom-left corner of the screen to get started. Next, select your base currency by tapping one of the cryptocurrency tickers (such as ETH) along the top to reveal their available pairs.

Now, look for your target pair either by scrolling up and down, or by performing a quick search by tapping on the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and entering your target alt-coin's ticker in the search bar. Tap on the alt-coin's tab to open its trading page.

Inside the trading page, simply tap on the gray star icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to mark the trading pair as a favorite. The star icon will now turn yellow, along with a confirmation pop-up that briefly appears verifying its successful addition to your favorites list. You can now exit out of the trading page, and you'll now see the trading pair instantly whenever you tap on the "Favorites" tab within the "Markets" page of your Binance app.

You can add as many trading pairs as you'd like simply by repeating these steps, regardless of base cryptocurrency and alt-coin. To remove a pair off your favorites list, select your target pair from within the list, then tap on the yellow star in the upper right corner of the screen from within the trading page.
