The iPhone is great. And so is Google Maps. And together, they define mobility. They go together perfectly. Like yin and yang. But how do you get the most out of Google Maps on the iPhone? Best Buy has answers. The Best Buy Mobile team explains how simple it is to use Google Maps on your Apple iPhone for directions.

Tetiana: "Hi, my name is Tetiana and I'm from the Best Buy Mobile in East Orange, California, and today I'm gonna show you how to use Google Maps on your iPhone. We're gonna go ahead and select Maps. We're gonna let it search our current location. It's searching right now which is in Orlando Florida. So it's found me and we're gonna go ahead and get directions on how to get to my Best Buy store in California. So I'm gonna go ahead and type in the address. And now it's gonna go ahead and search for the quickest route on how to get to Orlando, Florida to East Orange, California. And it's currently 2,511 miles away form here. One great thing about Google Maps is it gives you turn-by-turn directions. We're gonna go ahead and select start and it's gonna tell me which way I need to go. And now it's gonna navigate the quickest route to California. Google Maps is a great tool. It always knows where you're at and it'll always give you directions on where you need to go."

The next big software update for iPhone is coming sometime in April and will include a Food section in Apple News+, an easy-to-miss new Ambient Music app, Priority Notifications thanks to Apple Intelligence, and updates to apps like Mail, Photos, Podcasts, and Safari. See what else is coming to your iPhone with the iOS 18.4 update.
