How To: Go back and correct a mistake while texting with Swype

Fixing a word with Swype - the fastest way of text messaging - is super easy and won't slow you down at all. So, if you've typed that rambling, soul baring text message at 3 am and want to go back and change a few choice words save yourself with this feature.

To correct a word in Swype you double tap on the word you wish to correct. This will bring up the Word Choice Window and from there you can select the intended word. If the word you intended is not listed you can simply Swype it in and it will replace the selected word.
