Go to Cydia and add a new source http://Cydia.xselize.com. Now search there for supreme preferences and install it. Now go to safari and open help.benm.at/help.php and search there for tethering and internet settings and click on it and download. Now select your country and choose your carrier and click install. Now same way go back to your webpage and download and install mms settings. Now go to your settings and click on supreme preferences then go to applications, phone and click on cellular data editing. Now go back to your settings and click on general, network and click on cellular data network now put these things there what is showing in the video and reboot your phone. Now you can use the mms messages. Now for the internet tethering, go to settings, general, network and click on internet tethering and there you can turn on the internet tethering and choose to connect it via USB or Bluetooth.
