To SSH into an iPhone or iPod Touch, follow these steps:
Download WinSCP 4.2.7 from:
http://www.soft82.com/download/windows/WinSCP
Host Name: your IP address
User Name: root
Password: alpine
Open Cydia & install
1) Toggle SSH
2) Automatic SSH
